Registration in SBSeg 2019, in any of the categories, allows participation in technical sessions, keynotes, tutorials, panels, short courses and workshops. The participant will also receive the symposium kit and will be allowed to attend all the coffee-breaks and the opening cocktail.
To participate in the I Hackathon SBSeg, the interested must make a specific registration separate from the SBSeg 2019 registration. Registration in SBSeg guarantees preference for a hackathon seat as specified in the event rules:https://uclab.xyz/hacksbseg-rules .
Registration can be paid by bank slip, credit card, Banco do Brasil account debit, commitment note or billing through the registration system. Registrations can be made until the last day of the event, but payments by debit and bank slip will be closed on 08/28/2019. After this date it will be possible to pay by credit card, commitment note and billing.
The participant must access the registration system and make the registration by selecting the payment method "nota de empenho" or "faturamento" and click to pay. The system will provide the necessary information that must be included in the commitment note or billing.
For each short course, paper and poster accepted for publication in the following events of SBSeg2019: Main Track, Tools Session, WFC, WGID, WRAC+, and WTE, it will be necessary to register one of the authors as (PROFESSIONAL) or (STUDENT + Publication fee) in the event. In both cases, each registration gives the right to publish 2 (two) works: papers, posters or short courses.
Additional payment of the publication fee must be made in the corresponding registration category:
Until 08/26/2019 it is possible to make a refund of 80% of the amount paid for registration in SBSeg 2019. After this date there will be no refund of any amount paid. The policy applies to cancellation of any activity. To request cancellation, you must send an email to faturamento@sbc.org.br.
The Official Dinner of the event will be held on 09/04/2019, 7:30 PM at Ponteio Steakhouse (Av. Jaguaré, 1600 - Jaguaré - São Paulo - SP). The value per person is R$59.00. This value does not include drinks, which can be consumed, being charged individually. The purchase of the ticket must be made EXCLUSIVELY by the registration system until 09/03/2019. No dinner tickets will be sold during the event! For those who have already registered to SBSeg, they need to access the system and edit the registration by including and paying the dinner.
The best papers of the Main Track and the best tools of the Tools Session will be announced during the Dinner.
Registration fees for SBSeg 2019 are listed below. We emphasize that students and professionals that are not SBC members can join (or renew their membership) in the registration process with a discount on the non-member registration fee. Registering with SBC membership is the most advantageous option for non-SBC members, as they pay less than the non-SBC option and still join SBC (visit the SBC website and see why be a member).
It will be required at the time of registration for categories that need proofing, to upload proof that certifies the chosen category. Verification of this document may take up to 1 business day. Only after validation by SBC staff, the payment methods will be presented. The registered person will receive informative emails at all stages of the evolution of SBSeg 2019 registration.
